DC power supply
DCC24
DCC24 is a switched step-down converter, which converts DC voltage in the range 20-60 V on the input side to 13.8 V on the output side. The converter is highly efficient, generally 80 %.
The converter was primarily developed for applications where DC voltage is already available, e.g. for technology connected to RACOM modems.
Typical areas of use
- For supplying MORSE system components: all types of radio modems, GPRS modem and other accessories in applications where 24 or 48 V DC is available
- For separately supplying any equipment with 13.8 V and consumption up to 2.5 A
Benefits
- Resistance to reversing the polarity of the input voltage
- Protection against short-circuiting at the output
- Soft start
- Minimum dimensions, assembly on to DIN rail
- Connecting terminals for conductors with a cross-section of up to 2.5 mm2
