There are 4 versions of radio modems in terms of mounting:
| D | – Horizontal body, DIN rail mount, e.g. RE410D |
| H | – Horizontal body, mount on a plate, e.g. RE410H |
| R | – Vertical body, DIN rail mount, e.g. RE410R |
| S | – Vertical body, mount on a plate, e.g. RE410S |
