Modules

Individual input and output modules are inserted into the motherboard (with a ColdFire processor 32 bit / 66 MHz, RAM 16 MB, FLASH 4 MB). This concept allows MORSE equipment (radio modems, GPRS modems and controllers) to be adapted to truly meet the needs of each individual application.

Note: MG100 - 2nd slot is always occupied for GSM module, only 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th slots are available.

The following types of modules are available:

2x RS232

• Two RS232 interfaces on a single module fully comply with the RS232 standard.
• Each interface has a separate DSUB connector or terminals.
• DSUB option - signals: RxD, TxD, RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR, RI, CD, GND.
• Terminals option - signals: RxD, TxD, RTS, CTS, GND.
• Can be mounted in the 3^rd slot.

Ethernet

• Fully-fledged Ethernet type interface is mounted with a standard RJ45/STP connector.
• The module automatically sets communication to a speed of 10 or 100 Mbit/s according to the speed of the network it is connected to.
• Can be mounted in the 4^th slot.

GPS

• 16 channel GPS receiver with accuracy to 2.5 m.
• NMEA protocol output for connecting other devices.
• Configurable time pulse output (1 ms to 60 sec).
• One status digital input.
• Can be mounted in the 1^st or 2^nd slot.

M-BUS

• The M-BUS board serves as the MASTER interface of the physical layer of the M-BUS.
• Number of SLAVE meters 1–5.
• Galvanic separation.
• Protection and indication of a short circuit on the bus.
• Can be mounted in the 1^st or 2^nd slot.

I/O

• The board of analog and digital inputs and outputs (ADIO module) is designed for creating 20 mA current loops.
• I/O input module contains 2×Analog In, 2×Analog Out, 2×Digital In, 2×Digital Out.
• Communication with the I/O board over protocol Modbus, IEC 870-5-2, DF1. Other protocols are implemented as required.
• The module is mounted with disconnecting connectors with screw terminals.
• A standard I/O module can be modified to order. A maximum of 5 bi-directional inputs/outputs and 3 outputs are available.
• Can be mounted in the 5^th slot.

1× RS232

• Interface fully compliant with the RS232 standard..
• DSUB option - signals: RxD, TxD, RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR, RI, CD, GND.
• Terminals option - signals: RxD, TxD, RTS, CTS, GND.
• Can be mounted in the 1^st or 2^nd slot.

1× RS232 optically isolated

• Interface fully compliant with the RS232 standard with optical and galvanic isolation.
• DSUB option - signals: RxD, TxD, RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR, RI, CD, GND.
• Terminals option - signals: RxD, TxD, RTS, CTS, GND.
• Can be mounted in the 1^st or 2^nd slot.

1× RS422/RS485 optical isolated

• Interface fully compliant with the RS232 or RS485 standard with optical and galvanic isolation.
• DSUB option - signals: RxD-, RxD+, TxD-, TxD+, GND.
• Terminals option - signals: RxD-, RxD+, TxD-, TxD+, GND.
• Can be mounted in the 1^st or 2^nd slot.
