RACOM Academy connects your studies with real-world technology used in the field. You work on actual projects, solve real problems, and see the impact of your work.

We are RACOM – a Czech company based in the Vysočina region. We design and manufacture our products entirely in-house. Our technologies support critical infrastructure, security, and communication systems where reliability is essential.

We have a long tradition of working with students. It is a natural part of how we innovate and grow.

What is RACOM Academy about?

RACOM Academy is not a typical student programme. It is designed to give you hands-on experience alongside your studies and help you apply what you learn in practice.

Apply your knowledge in practice

Use what you study right away. No “maybe someday” – you will work with real technologies from day one. The programme is suitable for both undergraduate and PhD students.

Work on real projects

You will contribute to projects that are deployed in real environments. This is not a simulation or a school exercise.

Flexible collaboration

Work remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setup. You can organise your time to fit your studies. When visiting RACOM, accommodation can be arranged, and you can experience the local environment beyond work.

Mentoring and guidance

You will be supported by an experienced mentor. We keep the number of students aligned with available mentors to ensure meaningful collaboration and proper guidance.

Thesis topics with real value

We can help you define a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral thesis based on real challenges – work that goes beyond theory and delivers practical results.
