In our electronics production, we manufacture thousands of devices for wireless data transmission per year, which are among the world’s best. Our expertise and equipment correspond to this. We are one of the few producers of high-frequency equipment in Europe.

Within our spare capacity, we are able to offer you a comprehensive Electronics Manufacturing Services including mechanical parts from PCB assembly and commissioning to testing and subsequent support and service throughout the lifetime of your products.

We have more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing transmitters and receivers from 100 MHz to 80 GHz. The modem parts of our devices also include network elements and state-of-the-art computers. We develop and manufacture everything ourselves in the Czech Republic, Europe. As part of the production preparation, we will be happy to share our experience with you so that the production of your devices runs smoothly.

Preparation

Consultation

We have over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing our own products, using the most modern solutions and manufacturing processes. If you are interested, we offer the option of consultations at the design stage of your devices. Especially in the field of high-frequency technology, some other company with more experience and tradition in the Czech Republic would be very hard to find.

We use state-of-the-art software tools, e.g. Ansys, Matlab, Orcad … We also have our own anechoic chamber for pre-certification measurements with internal dimensions of 2100 mm × 3300 mm × 2100 mm.

Pre-production

As part of the production preparation, we will discuss your requirements and ideas about the production process with you. We are also able to produce single-purpose production jigs.

We will, of course, agree on the production procedures before starting production. Subsequently, we are able to prove that the production procedures have been followed for each piece delivered.

Production

Commissioning

We will commission your boards or entire devices and set them up for go-live to your specification. In our production, we have modern measuring instruments from renowned manufacturers, such as:

Assembly

We have antistatic workplaces where we assemble final products consisting of printed circuit boards and individual mechanical parts.

As needed, we produce single-purpose alignment jigs. For assembly we use electric screwdrivers with adjustable torque.

Testing

Depending on the type of product, or the customer’s wishes, after assembly further commissioning or testing gets done.

The tests are carried out to the customer’s specification and the results  for each manufactured piece are recorded in the database and handed over together with the order.

Climatic chamber

When producing our own devices, we test every single piece in a climatic chamber. If you are interested, we can also use the chamber to test your products, all, or just selected pieces.

In the chamber products can be tested in operation, or just passively exposed to the set temperature.

For production purposes, we have two custom-made chambers.

Chamber No.1

  • External dimensions:  2200 mm × 1300 mm × 2400 mm
  • Temperature range: -30°C to +60°C

Chamber No.2

  • External dimensions 2500 mm × 2500 mm × 2500 mm
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +60°C

For development purposes and one-time testing, we have a third chamber available:

  • Temperature test chamber VT 7021-M
  • Capacity: 210 l
  • Dimensions of the test area: 560 mm × 570 mm × 630 mm
  • Temperature range: -70°C to +180°C

Completion

Output control

All our products undergo final inspection, which is organizationally independent of production.

Final inspection has available similar instrumentation facilities up to 80 GHz as production, i.e. generators, spectrum analyzers, radio testers, etc.

The final inspection department can also be involved in the production of your devices, so you can be sure of their independent inspection, in line with your prescribed procedures.

Packaging, Shipping

If you wish, you can make use of our shipping department, where we pack our products and ship to customers all over the world.

We will pack your products in packaging supplied by you or can provide you with packaging from our own suppliers.

We handle customs formalities, cooperate with renowned carriers and can send shipments to all countries.
